特定商取引法に基づく表記をご確認ください。購入前でもメールで請求できます。
お問い合わせ情報の取り扱い
送信者名、メールアドレス、本文、添付ファイルを受け取り、回答・問題の調査・開示請求への対応に使用します。販売や広告には使用しません。対応と法令上の記録に合理的に必要な期間だけ保持した後、削除します。削除のご希望も同じ窓口で受け付けます。

For questions about our apps, purchases, or technical issues, email [email protected]. Support is available in Japanese and English.
Please include the app name and version, device model, OS version, steps that led to the issue, and any error message. Do not send confidential document images or payment information.
How we handle inquiries
We receive your sender name, email address, message, and any attachments. We use them to respond, investigate reported issues, and handle requests for business information, not for sale or advertising. We retain this information only for as long as reasonably necessary for support and legal recordkeeping, then delete it. You can request deletion at the same email address.
Business information
For disclosures under Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, see our commercial disclosure page (Japanese). You may request the seller’s name, address, and phone number by email before purchasing. We will provide this information without delay and free of charge.
