個人情報を含む書類画像は添付しないでください。端末機種、iOSバージョン、アプリのバージョン、発生した操作、エラーメッセージを記載いただくと確認が容易になります。アプリのバージョンは、PyonScanの「設定 → ヘルプ・お問い合わせ → 情報」で確認できます。
よくある質問
スキャン画像はどこへ保存されますか？
JPEG、HEIF、PNGはAppleの「写真」へ、複数ページPDFは「このiPhone内 > PyonScan」へ保存されます。PyonScanは写真への追加専用権限を使用し、既存の写真は読み取りません。
Plusを購入済みなのに使えない場合は？
購入時と同じApple Accountを使用していることを確認し、PyonScanの設定から「購入を復元」を実行してください。
カメラ・写真の権限を拒否した場合は？
iPhoneの設定からPyonScanのカメラ・写真の権限を変更してください。未保存のスキャンが残っている場合は、アプリに戻って「再試行」を実行してください。
履歴を削除すると写真も消えますか？
履歴を削除しても、写真・ファイルへ保存済みのコピーは削除されません。
アプリを削除するとどうなりますか？
PyonScanを削除すると、履歴と「このiPhone内」のPyonScanフォルダにあるPDFは失われます。必要なPDFは、アプリを削除する前にiCloud Driveなどへコピーしてください。写真アプリへ保存済みの画像は残ります。
スキャン画像は外部へ送信されますか？
書類画像は開発者のサーバーへ送信されません。アカウント、解析、広告、追跡機能はありません。任意の購入と復元のみAppleのStoreKitで処理されます。

Please include your device model, iOS version, app version, steps to reproduce the issue, and any error message. Find the app version in PyonScan under Settings → Help & Contact → About. Do not attach images containing personal or confidential information.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where are scans saved?
JPEG, HEIF, and PNG scans are saved in Apple Photos. Multipage PDFs are saved under On My iPhone > PyonScan in Files. PyonScan requests add-only Photos access and does not read existing photos.
I purchased Plus, but cannot use it. What should I do?
Make sure you are using the same Apple Account you used for the purchase, then open PyonScan’s settings and select “Restore Purchases”.
What if I denied camera or Photos access?
Open your iPhone’s Settings and change PyonScan’s camera or Photos permissions. If an unsaved scan is still available in the app, return to PyonScan and select “Retry”.
Does deleting history also delete my photos?
No. Deleting history does not delete copies already saved to Photos or Files.
What happens if I delete the app?
Deleting PyonScan removes its history and the PDFs in the PyonScan folder under “On My iPhone”. Before deleting the app, copy any PDFs you need to iCloud Drive or another location outside that folder. Images already saved to Photos remain.
Are scans uploaded?
No document images are uploaded to developer-operated servers. PyonScan has no account, analytics, advertising, or tracking features. Optional purchases and restores are processed only by Apple StoreKit.
