このページはPyonDrawアプリのデータの取り扱いを説明します。現在は公開準備中の案内です。

端末内の絵と設定

絵と設定は端末内に保存します。描きかけはアプリ専用領域へ自動保存され、全消去で消せます。試し描きの内容は保存しません。描画データ、解析データ、広告識別子を開発者のサーバーへ送信せず、広告、追跡機能、アプリ独自のアカウントを使用しません。

写真と権限

写真へのアクセスは描いた絵の追加だけに使用し、既存の写真を読み取りません。撮影ボタンはキャンバス画像を保存するもので、端末のカメラやマイクを使用しません。写真に保存済みの絵は写真アプリで管理してください。写真の同期や端末のバックアップは端末側の設定に従います。

保護者用パスコード

任意のパスコードと復旧コードの照合情報は端末のKeychainに保持します。開発者へ送信しません。設定画面のロックと、購入・外部操作の保護者確認は別の仕組みです。

購入と復元

任意のPyonDraw Plus購入と復元はAppleのStoreKitが処理します。アプリは購入権利の状態を確認しますが、開発者はカード番号などの支払い情報を取得しません。

お問い合わせ

保護者の方が任意でメールを送信した場合、送信者名、メールアドレス、本文、添付ファイルを受け取ります。回答と問題の調査に使用し、販売や広告には使用しません。保管・削除依頼の窓口は共通のお問い合わせページをご確認ください。お子さまの個人情報や画像は送らないでください。

外部サイトを開くと、接続先には通信に必要な情報が渡ります。お問い合わせの取り扱いは、共通のお問い合わせページをご確認ください。Webサイトへの接続と、アプリ内の描画処理は別のものです。

Scope

This page describes data handling in PyonDraw. The app is currently being prepared for release.

Local artwork and settings

Artwork and settings stay on the device. The unfinished drawing is saved in the app’s private storage and can be cleared. Trial drawings are not saved. PyonDraw does not send artwork, analytics, or advertising identifiers to developer-operated servers and has no advertising, tracking features, or app accounts.

Photos and permissions

Photos access is used only to add drawings, never to read existing photos. The camera button exports the canvas; it does not access the device camera or microphone. Manage exported pictures in Photos. Photo synchronization and device backups follow your device settings.

Parental passcode

Verification records for the optional passcode and recovery code are stored in the device Keychain and are not sent to the developer. The settings lock and the parental gate for purchases and external actions are separate mechanisms.

Purchases and restores

Optional PyonDraw Plus purchases and restores are processed by Apple StoreKit. The app checks purchase entitlements, but the developer does not receive payment card details.

Support inquiries

If a parent or guardian voluntarily emails support, the sender name, email address, message, and attachments are received and used to respond and investigate the issue, not for sale or advertising. See the shared contact page for retention and deletion requests. Please do not send children’s personal information or images.

This website

Opening an external website sends information needed for the connection to that destination. Website connections are separate from on-device drawing. For support inquiry handling, see the shared contact page (Japanese).
