どこに保存されますか？
撮影ボタンで、メニューを含まない絵をAppleの写真アプリへ追加します。既存の写真は読み取りません。PNGが標準で、容量をおさえる設定は同じ解像度のJPEGです。
消すボタンはどう使いますか？
標準では3秒間の長押しで全消去し、途中で指を離すとキャンセルします。設定で即時削除へ切り替えられます。全消去を取り消す機能はありません。写真へ保存済みの絵は残ります。
にじはどうすれば使えますか？
設定の「PyonDraw Plus」や「使う色」から、にじの紹介と試し描きを開けます。試し描きに保護者確認は不要です。別の小さな用紙で試せて、いつもの絵には影響せず、保存されません。
いつもの絵でにじを使うには、PyonDraw Plusの購入が必要です。購入・復元は「保護者の方へ」から、保護者確認後に行えます。
設定画面にパスコードを設定している場合は、設定を開く際に入力が必要です。
パスコードを忘れた場合は？
設定画面の「パスコードを忘れた場合」から、設定時に控えた復旧コードを入力してください。開発者はパスコードや復旧コードを取得していないため、照会できません。
写真に保存できません
端末の設定でPyonDrawの写真への追加を許可し、空き容量を確認してください。写真への初回許可は保護者確認の後に表示されます。
絵や音が外部へ送信されますか？
描画と効果音は端末内で処理します。絵を開発者のサーバーへ送信せず、マイクやカメラで録音・撮影しません。任意の購入・復元はAppleが処理します。

Where are pictures saved?
The camera button adds artwork without menus to Apple Photos. Existing photos are not read. PNG is the default; the smaller-file setting uses JPEG at the same resolution.
How do I clear the canvas?
By default, hold the clear button for three seconds. Release early to cancel. Settings can switch to immediate clearing. Clearing cannot be undone. Pictures already saved to Photos remain there.
How do I use rainbow colors?
Open PyonDraw Plus or Colors to use in Settings to learn about rainbow colors and try them. No parental check is needed for the trial. It uses a separate small canvas, does not affect your main drawing, and is not saved.
To use rainbow colors in your main drawing, purchase PyonDraw Plus. Purchase and restore options are available through the parent section after a parental check.
If Settings is protected with a passcode, you must enter it to open Settings.
What if I forget the passcode?
Choose the forgotten-passcode option in settings and enter the recovery code you kept when setting it up. The developer does not receive either code and cannot retrieve it for you.
Why can’t I save to Photos?
Allow PyonDraw to add photos in device settings and check available storage. The first Photos permission request follows a parental gate.
Are drawings or sounds uploaded?
Drawing and sound effects are processed on the device. Artwork is not sent to developer-operated servers. The app does not record with the camera or microphone. Optional purchases and restores are processed by Apple.
