保護者の方から、アプリのバージョン、端末機種、iOS／iPadOSのバージョン、起きた操作をお知らせください。お子さまの氏名・写真・作品、パスコード、復旧コード、支払い情報は送らないでください。
よくある質問
どこに保存されますか？
撮影ボタンで、メニューを含まない絵をAppleの写真アプリへ追加します。既存の写真は読み取りません。PNGが標準で、容量をおさえる設定は同じ解像度のJPEGです。
消すボタンはどう使いますか？
標準では3秒間の長押しで全消去し、途中で指を離すとキャンセルします。設定で即時削除へ切り替えられます。全消去を取り消す機能はありません。写真へ保存済みの絵は残ります。
にじはどうすれば使えますか？
設定の「かみを えらぶ」のすぐ下にある「PyonDraw Plus」欄で、にじを試せます。道具のアイコンを選び、その下の小さな用紙へ直接描いてください。用紙内から指を動かすと描画でき、用紙外からは設定画面をスクロールできます。試し描きに追加の保護者確認はなく、いつもの絵には影響せず、保存されません。「つかう いろ」にはにじのロック表示とPlusの案内があります。
いつもの絵でにじを使うには、PyonDraw Plusの購入が必要です。試し描きをせずに、同じ欄の「保護者の方へ」から保護者確認後に購入・復元へ進むこともできます。Plusは買い切りで、全12種類の道具のにじが使えます。単色と写真保存は無料です。
設定画面にパスコードを設定している場合は、設定を開く際に入力が必要です。
設定を子どもが変更しないようにできますか？
任意のパスコードで設定画面をロックできます。新しくパスコードを設定するときは、初回起動時も保護者確認を行います。購入・外部リンク・初回の写真アクセス許可には、設定ロックとは別の保護者確認があります。
指で描けなくなりました
設定の「Apple Pencilだけで描く」をOFFにすると、指で描けます。ONにするときは保護者確認が必要ですが、保存済みパスコードで設定を開いた場合は重ねて確認しません。OFFに戻すための追加確認はありません。
パスコードを忘れた場合は？
設定画面の「パスコードを忘れた場合」から、設定時に控えた復旧コードを入力してください。開発者はパスコードや復旧コードを取得していないため、照会できません。 バージョン1.0.1以降で両方のコードを忘れた場合は、アプリを「削除」し、データを復元せずに再インストールしてください。アプリ内の下書きと設定は失われます。写真アプリへ保存済みの画像は残ります。「アプリを取り除く」では初期化されません。購入・外部操作の保護者確認は引き続き行います。
アプリを削除した場合
- 描きかけの絵と通常の設定はアプリ専用領域に保存され、アプリを削除すると端末から削除されます。
- 写真アプリへ保存済みの絵は、PyonDrawを削除しても残ります。削除する場合は写真アプリで操作してください。
- パスコード・復旧コードの照合情報はKeychainに保存します。バージョン1.0.1以降では、アプリを「削除」してデータを引き継がずに再インストールした場合は、初回起動時に以前のロック情報を初期化します。通常のアップデート、「アプリを取り除く」からの再ダウンロード、設定や下書きを引き継ぐ復元は初期化の対象にしません。
- 試し描きは一時メモリ内だけで処理し、ファイルには保存しません。
iOS／iPadOSの「Appを取り除く」はアプリの削除とは異なり、書類とデータを保持します。バックアップから復元した場合は、バックアップに含まれるデータが戻ることがあります。
写真に保存できません
端末の設定でPyonDrawの写真への追加を許可し、空き容量を確認してください。写真への初回許可は保護者確認の後に表示されます。
絵や音が外部へ送信されますか？
描画と効果音は端末内で処理します。絵を開発者のサーバーへ送信せず、マイクやカメラで録音・撮影しません。任意の購入・復元はAppleが処理します。

A parent or guardian can email the app version, device model, iOS or iPadOS version, and steps that led to the issue. Do not send children’s names, photos or artwork, passcodes, recovery codes, or payment details.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where are pictures saved?
The camera button adds artwork without menus to Apple Photos. Existing photos are not read. PNG is the default; the smaller-file setting uses JPEG at the same resolution.
How do I clear the canvas?
By default, hold the clear button for three seconds. Release early to cancel. Settings can switch to immediate clearing. Clearing cannot be undone. Pictures already saved to Photos remain there.
How do I use rainbow colors?
In Settings, find PyonDraw Plus directly below the paper selection. Choose a tool icon and draw directly on the small canvas below it. Start a gesture inside the canvas to draw, or outside it to scroll Settings. The trial needs no additional parental check, does not affect your main drawing, and is not saved. The color selection page shows the rainbow lock and information about Plus.
To use rainbow colors in your main drawing, purchase PyonDraw Plus. You can skip drawing in the trial and open the parent section in the same panel to purchase or restore after a parental check. Plus is a one-time purchase that unlocks rainbow colors for all 12 tools. Single colors and saving to Photos remain free.
If Settings is protected with a passcode, you must enter it to open Settings.
Can I prevent my child from changing Settings?
You can protect Settings with an optional passcode. Creating a new passcode requires a parental check, including during first launch. Purchases, external links, and the first Photos permission request have separate parental checks.
Why can’t I draw with my finger?
Turn off the Apple Pencil-only setting to draw with your finger. Turning it on requires a parental check, unless you opened Settings with an existing passcode. Turning it off requires no additional check.
What if I forget the passcode?
Choose the forgotten-passcode option in settings and enter the recovery code you kept when setting it up. The developer does not receive either code and cannot retrieve it for you. In version 1.0.1 or later, if you forget both codes, delete the app and reinstall it without restoring its data. This removes the draft and settings stored inside the app. Images already saved to Photos remain. Offloading the app does not reset the lock. Parental checks for purchases and external actions remain in place.
When you delete the app
- Your unfinished drawing and regular settings are stored in the app’s private storage and are removed from the device when you delete the app.
- Pictures already saved to Photos remain after you delete PyonDraw. To delete those pictures, use Photos.
- Passcode and recovery-code verification records are stored in Keychain. In version 1.0.1 or later, deleting the app and reinstalling it without restoring its data resets the previous lock on first launch. Normal updates, offloading and redownloading the app, and restoring retained settings or drafts do not trigger this reset.
- Trial drawings are processed only in temporary memory and are not saved to files.
The iOS/iPadOS “Offload App” option differs from deleting the app: it keeps documents and data. Restoring a backup may bring back data included in that backup.
Why can’t I save to Photos?
Allow PyonDraw to add photos in device settings and check available storage. The first Photos permission request follows a parental gate.
Are drawings or sounds uploaded?
Drawing and sound effects are processed on the device. Artwork is not sent to developer-operated servers. The app does not record with the camera or microphone. Optional purchases and restores are processed by Apple.
